With over 25 years of leadership experience in both the private and public health sectors, I am deeply passionate about transforming healthcare services through strategic innovation, operational excellence, and culture-driven leadership. My career is marked by a comprehensive background in operational management, including the successful integration of Laboratory Operations between organizations. This experience underscored my ability to realize synergies and achieve significant operational improvements.

My commitment to optimizing business processes has consistently led to exceeding multi-million-dollar capital projects and significantly improving service quality and efficiency. I have directly been responsible for restructuring departments, implementing lean and change management principles, and elevating national laboratory scorecards and KPIs. All of my career, has been in highly regulated environments GMP and being accredited by multi accrediting bodies such as HC, Accreditation Canada, CAP, DAP.

Leadership is my forte. I have built and mentored high-performance teams, creating environments where growth, accountability, and excellence are paramount. My strategic communication skills and partnership-building capabilities have been crucial in developing clinical strategic plans, negotiating multi-year union contracts, and successfully implementing complex capital initiatives with key external vendors.
